come la tradizione della Giubiana ci invita a fare, ‘scacciamo’ il freddo gennaio e diamo il benvenuto a febbraio! Il mese più corto dell’anno ci riserva diversi appuntamenti: da San Valentino a Carnevale.
C’è sempre un’occasione per festeggiare!
Questi momenti di spensieratezza possono essere arricchiti con qualche proposta speciale, da trascorrere sui nostri monti e sul nostro lago.
Il 16 febbraio, AlimentaMente e il Centro Culturale Pacrisca ci invitano a viaggiare e sognare attraverso la lettura di ‘Open Minds!’: un’intera giornata ricca di contenuti e di sapori, da vivere insieme. L’evento è gratuito e aperto a tutti, previa prenotazione.
Occasioni…sulla neve!❄️
Con la presenza della neve, continuano le ciaspolate sui Monti del Lago di Como, con le nostre guide alpine e accompagnatori. Insieme alla ciaspolata, avremo anche la possibilità di fermarci per il pranzo nei Rifugi: un’occasione per assaporare i piatti della tradizione.

San Valentino è alle porte: vale la pena pensare a qualcosa di originale da proporre al nostro partner!
Le montagne offrono paesaggi incantati, perché non viverli con i propri partner? Per un San Valentino fuori dagli schemi, lasciamoci avvolgere dai bianchi paesaggi e condividiamo una giornata sulla neve.
I più avventurosi possono cimentarsi ‘sulle Ali del Vento’, un’escursione turistica in barca a vela per un’esperienza unica sulle acque cristalline del Lario, per scoprirne i luoghi più affascinanti.
Oppure, la possibilità di muovere i primi passi in verticale sulle pareti rocciose con le Guide Alpine del Lario e delle Grigne, ci permetterà di osservare il lago da un’altra prospettiva.

Also this year will take place the event complitly dedicated to the canin race Alaskan Malamute, that arrives at his 16° edition.
In Friday the 14th, Saturday the 15th and Sunday the 16th of February in Giumello, in the Municipality of Casargo, these animals will be welcome with their masters, coming from all the world. A lot of activities for all people, young and adults will be organised.

During the day of Saturday, will be possible to try the “weigth-pulling” disciline and take a visit to own Malamute by the Professors of S.O.V.I for the prevention of oculopathies.

Our expert guide, Franco, an AIGUPP-certified guide, will know exactly where to take you, using his deep knowledge of the lake and Humminbird equipment to locate schools of fish. Whether you’re an avid fisherman or simply want to spend a day on the water, Franco will guide you in your search for fish, with the confidence of someone who knows exactly where and how to find them.
Lake Como is not only famous for its breathtaking beauty but also for the variety of fish it hosts. Among the most sought-after predators are Zander (also known as Luciperca), Pike, and Perch. Occasionally, you might also encounter Catfish. The flesh of both Zander and Pike is highly prized and often appears on the menus of gourmet restaurants in the area. The Perch, served with rice, butter, and sage, is one of the traditional dishes of Lake Como, perfect for savoring the local culinary heritage.
Imagine casting your line into the clear water, surrounded only by the silence broken by the songs of birds and the gentle rustling of the water. The patience of the fisherman is rewarded by the thrill of a slight vibration on the line, followed by the excitement of a catch. In that moment, the adrenaline is high, but the beauty of the landscape will make you feel perfectly in harmony with nature.
The fishing tour lasts about 4 hours and can be booked between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending on the season. To fish from the boat, a license is required, which Franco can issue as he is authorized by the APS Provincial Amateur Fishermen and Scuba Divers Association.
Boarding takes place directly at small boat docks or, if you prefer, at the hotel where you’re staying, for a more personalized and convenient experience.
La Casa del Sarto – Rooms and Apartments is an accommodation facility located in the village of Chiuso, a few steps from the city center of Lecco, close to Lake Como and Adda river. The hotel is the scene of some key events in the famous novel “I Promessi Sposi” by Alessandro Manzoni.
The hotel is composed by three floors, with a delightful courtyard; it offers six rooms, for those guests who want to enjoy homemade breakfast, and five furnished apartments, for those who prefer indipendence, along with comfort and services offered.
Among the services provided, there is the possibility of e-bikes rental; this is a perfect way to enjoy the Lake in a slowly and satisfying manner.
All rooms and apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, TV, private bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set (shower gel and shampoo). Two rooms only share the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels are provided by the hotel.
La Casa del Sarto is open all year round, with 37 total bed places.
The hotel position is ideal for discovering the city of Lecco and the most significant places of Alessandro Manzoni; for sport lovers, la Casa del Sarto is perfect as starting point for a bike tour along Ciclovia dell’Adda or for a trekking along the Sentiero del Viandante, on the Lake Como east shore. Siamo ormai alle porte di un nuovo anno! Le feste continuano e, anche se vige il detto ‘Epifania, tutte le feste porta via’, gennaio può riservarci tante idee e novità sul nostro lago e sulle nostre montagne.
Anzitutto, non dimentichiamoci dei tanti eventi che saranno presenti sul nostro territorio.
La Parrocchia S. Pietro Martire di Onno ci invita il 6 gennaio 2025 alla VII edizione del Presepe Vivente, per continuare a scoprire la magia del Natale.
Quale miglior occasione, poi, se non quella di una bella ciaspolata per i nostri monti? Ciaspolando sui Monti del Lago di Como apre il calendario 2025 delle escursioni con le nostre guide alpine e accompagnatori. Avremo la possibilità di fermarci per il pranzo nei Rifugi e lasciarci avvolgere dai paesaggi innevati.
Oppure, possiamo organizzare una tranquilla gita domenicale fuori porta, sulle tracce di Alessandro Volta, accompagnati da una guida ambientale.
Stare all’aria aperta caratterizza il nostro territorio. Ci sono tante nuove esperienze come pescare sul Lago di Como o muovere i primi passi ‘in verticale’ sulle pareti rocciose del lago.
Con queste proposte, confidiamo in un sereno ed entusiasmante inizio anno sulle Montagne del Lago di Como.

The “Lecco Città dei Promessi Sposi” exhibition represents a cultural event dedicated to the Manzonian heritage with the aim of spreading the cultural value, the relevance of Manzoni’s literary thought and production, promoting the places immortalized in “I Promessi Sposi” from the point of historical, artistic and landscape view.
There are dozens of events scheduled during the festival and intended for all types of audiences, each person can find an event that involves them.
The exhibition is organized by the Municipality of Lecco and the Lecco Urban Museum System (Si.M.U.L.).
