24 Pro Loco have come together to promote a new model of discovery of the territory. Three proposals, united by the “slow” approach and the desire to involve and passionate through rich and unique experiences, are:
You are in Brianza that goes in search of historical paths, through gentle hilly landscapes, dotted with villages, villas and bell towers; the Adda follows and stretches to the moors of the Monza area;
Valsassina walking that goes back to the pastures and the huts, in the presence of the unmistakable silhouettes of the Lecchesi pre-Alps, on the traces of ancient traditions In the footsteps of the wanderer who moves along the Wayfarer’s Path that runs along the eastern Lake Como, offering fascinating panoramas, historical and faith testimonies, geological singularities, rural and sylvan landscapes in a unique environment of world renown.
Wanderer’s Trail, suitable for the whole family and the length varies from 5 to 13 km. The duration of the excursion is one full day, with packed lunch or in a conventioned structure.
The Valsasnails association, in collaboration with the Alpini Group of Cortenova, organizes the Feast of San Mauro from friday 26 April to monday 29 April.

The excurtions are accompanied by alpin guides and mid-mountains guides.
Cost of daily excurtion is € 20 per person with guide, while the cost of two days trekking is € 28 (€ 56 total per person) . Free children under 18 years old accompanied by an adult. The payment will be done at the moment.
For trekking of two days Lake Como Mountains will give you all informations of conventionned mountain-huts to make the reservation. Conventionned price il € 56.00 made direclty at the moment.
Costs of transfer by bus or train ar not included, and they must be paied separately.
Packed lunch is not included and each partecipant should provide indipendently. Along the way there are some sources, but please leave with water and water bottle.
Recommended comfortable clothing, appropriate shoes, poles, backpack, cap and k-way.
HOW TO MAKE THE RESERVATION: you can book your excursion within 2 days before the scheduled date, that is, within 12 days of the previous Friday. To book you must fill out the form below with your details and click SEND (you can also do from the phone). You will immediately receive an automatic reply.
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION: on Friday morning we will send you by email the CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION (based on the weather and number of members). The reservation is binding: if for any reason you can not participate, you are required to promptly notify us.

Sunday, May the 12th, there will take place the “Trail of Viandante” a race with different difficulties and length that winds along the Viandante Path.
Program:
11 May: all runners registered from 4pm to 6 pm in Piazza Garibaldi in Colico;
12 May: delivery of bibs to partecipants at 7.30 am and departure of the trail at 9.30am at the Santa Cecilia in Dervio.
You can partecipate in Colico at the Minitrail of the Viandante; a 7 km walk open to all. Registration at 8 am and departure at 10am from Piazza Garibaldi in Colico.
On Sunday, May 20, the Esino Lario Mountains will be the protagonists of the third edition of the Esino Skyrace.
The race takes place on the Grigna massif for a 22km course with a 1760 m altitude difference, starting at Esino at 9am.
The spectators will be able to take advantage of the trails around Esino and encourage runners along the route.
Entries will end on Wednesday, May 17 for € 30. For those who enroll by 18 May the cost is € 35.
The race will take place from 8:45 pm with the departure of the “Esino SprintRace” and at 9:00 with the departure of “Esino SkyRace”.
After, lunch and, at 3 p.m., awards of the winners.

During the days Saturday, March the 31st, Sunday the 1st and Monday the 2nd of april, in Colico will be organize the Festival “The Gold of the Lake”, feast of the olive and bruschettas that will take place in Piazza Garibaldi.

From October the 21st, to November the 30th, in occasion of the Lecchese Manzonian October, to the exhibition space of Villa Monastero in Varenna it opens the show ” Vincenzo Bianchi, lecchesi landscapes and manzonian spaces“.
Sunday, Aprile the 22nd, will be organized in Val Biandino the 15th editions of the ” Concert in Biandino”, to remember what happened in the winter of 1944/45.
The appointment is at 12 a.m.,lunch at Rifugio Tavecchia, and at 2 p.m. will take place the concert in memorial to Aldo Redaelli.
The cost is € 4.00, as a contribute to the event, and € 16.00 for the lunch in the mountain-hut.

Saturday, April the 21st, will organized by the Coro Nives of Premana a night, at the Comunità Montana Valsassina, Valvarrone, Val d’Esino e Riviera, in which the story of this extraordinary group is told that since the beginning has marked the history of popular song.
