Giovedì 19 novembre siamo stati invitati da Regione Lombardia al Tourism Act 2015, gli “Stati Generali del Turismo”, evento organizzato dall’Assessore allo Sviluppo Economico Mauro Parolini, dedicato all’innovazione per il turismo in Lombardia.
«L’obiettivo degli stati generali è di coinvolgere gli attori del settore per mettere a punto una strategia di promozione turistica integrata. Per essere visibili sul mercato globale occorre mettere in campo azioni condivise per consolidare il trend positivo innescato da Expo».
La giornata era suddivisa in due momenti: al mattino un workshop con 8 tavoli di lavoro dedicati a vari temi, che hanno visto la presenza di professori universitari, CEO e DG, opinion leader e operatori del settore, rappresentanti di casi di successo.
Nel pomeriggio, in un auditorim Gaber decisamente affollato, alla presenza del Presidente Maroni, durante una vivace conferenza, sono state presentate le linee guida emerse dai tavoli di lavoro e le prospettive per il futuro.
La Regione ha affermato con convinzione di voler investire nel settore del Turismo, considerato strategico e trainante per lo sviluppo della nostra economia ed ha presentato il nuovo brand InLombardia ed il sito www.in-lombardia.it.
E anche Montagne Lago di Como è #InLombardia e ci crede.
L’evento, che anche quest’anno ha visto la presenza di moltissimi visitatori e curiosi, ha avuto inizio alle 10 con l’apertura della cabinovia gratuita.
Una volta in quota, ci si trovava immersi nella grande festa di preapertura della stagiove invernale: una folla curiosa e multicolore passava da un gazebo all’altro, per scoprire le proposte delle scuole di sci, dei noleggi attrezzature e degustare i prodotti del territorio. Diverse le iniziative e le proposte di divertimento per grandi e piccini.
C’eravamo anche noi di Montagne Lago di Como: tanta affluenza anche al nostro gazebo per prendere una delle cartine “Scopri le Montagne del Lago di Como”ed iscriversi gratuitamente alla newsletter mensile, oltre che fare due chiacchiere con il presidente ed alcuni imprenditori della nostrarete, che si sono resi disponibili per la giornata.
Per pranzo rifugi dei Piani di Bobbio hanno proposto menù di degustazione a prezzi convenzionati, un’ottima occasione per gustare il sapore delle Montagne del Lago di Como.
Ora aspettiamo tutti la neve e l’inizio della stagione sciistica.
L’Agriturismo Due Soli di Primaluna, in collaborazione con le miniere di Cortabbio di Primaluna, propone per le serate di venerdì 21 e 28 agosto dalle ore 19.00 la visita guidata notturna alle miniere con, a seguire, “la cena del minatore” in agriturismo.

The Amici di Vimogno Group organizes the traditional feast of Sant’Ambrogio for Friday 6th and Saturday 7th December.
Friday evening will be animated by the traditional bonfire, Saturday will instead be accompanied by the S. Mass which will be followed by the chance to taste cake and tripe.

Manzoni Itinerary is a tour winding in and around the city of Lecco touching the most significant places in the life of the famous Alessandro Manzoni and his novel ” The Betrothed “.
It is suitable to students and to those willing to deepen the study of Manzoni and his work. It is also an opportunity to explore the city and its surroundings.
The tour starts from Villa Manzoni , the historical residence of the family, with a visit to the Museum of Manzoni. In a few minutes it’s possible to get to Piazza Manzoni and its famous monument. From there move on to the Church of the Convent in Pescarenico , identified in the novel as the place where Fra Cristoforo and Fra Galdino lived. Next step is Ponte Vecchio , site of the famous ” Addio Monti “. There are two buildings shortlisted for the title of Lucia’s house : one is in the Olate district while the other is in Acquate. Between these two districts , on the Zucco promontory , it’s located the place where it was Don Rodrigo’s mansion. The area is not open to public as a private villa was built in the 30s during the last century.
An alternative to the main tour allows to get close to the Innominato Castle which is located in Vercurago in the hamlet of Somasca , on a natural hill dominating the whole Lake Como area.
Villa Manzoni opens on Monday 10 April 2023 and can be visited on Tuesdays from 10.00 to 14.00 and from Wednesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 18.00. It is closed on Monday. For info about guided visits write to villa.manzoni@comune.lecco.it.

The Municipality of Morterone and the Cultural Association “Morterone Friends” organize Friday, June the 2th the Feast of the Big Little Italy with a beauty walk in Morterone.
For the occasion will be open the museum of contemporary art, and the program is the following:
Val Biandino develops from the village of Introbio to north-east , reaching up the slopes of Pizzo dei Tre Signori and the Orobie on Bergamo and Valtellina sides.
Go up from Introbio along an easy accessible road, that skirts the creek Troggia , slightly ascending and in about two hours you will be at the entrance of the valley. Some mountain huts offer transport service by four wheel drive.
Once at Bocca di Biandino and Tavecchia mountain hut , the valley opens to its visitor : large , wild and untouched. In a few minutes the Madonna della Neve Sanctuary and the namesake mountain hut can be reached and the view opens over the Pizzo dei Tre Signori massive.
Accompanied by the whistling marmots it’s impossible not to go any further until Lake Sasso with its blue-green water , where in summer you can still find snow.
Val Biandino is the starting point of many trekking itineraries , to the Pizzo dei Tre Signori summit , to Passo del Toro and Piani di Bobbio , to Valvarrone and the mountain huts Varrone and Santa Rita and to Pian delle Betulle. Several are the mountain huts where to stop or stay overnight when undergoing longer excursions, or simply to enjoy the experience of living at high altitude. The mountain guides and the mountain huts also offer summer and winter excursions with snowshoes or ski touring.
